To apply for this workshop, complete and submit this registration form by 15 March, 1998. Late registrations will be accepted until March 31, but will be charged an additional $30 for the deposit fee.

Deposit Fees

The deposit fee depends on the country of your home institution. Your application will not be fully processed until the application fee is received. You will be notified by email when your application fee is received. Payments may be made either by check or by providing a Visa or Mastercard number. Checks sould be made out to Cornell University.

NATO and NATO-partner countries $ 50

All other countries $ 700

If we are unable to accept you, we will provide a full refund of your application fee. As regards participants who cancel, refunds can be issued (less a $50.00 administrative fee) only if a request for a cancellation is received in writing two weeks before the Institute begins. Refunds take six to eight weeks to process. Participants who will be accompanied by a spouse or friend should add $50 to their deposit fee.
