The institute is open to participants from all countries, but the cost is lower for participants from NATO, NATO-partner and CECAM countries.

All registrations should be submitted using this link.

Registration Deadline was 15 March, 1998
Late registrations were be accepted but for an increased fee.
We stopped accepting registrations as of early April.
